DISTRIBUTOR PROGRAM

Over the years TECNO Display has built a network of distributors in the different geographical areas of the continental United States. Our goal is to keep our distributors well informed at all times on our line of products and to answer promptly any questions one has should it be on display specifications, pricing or custom designs and projects. We view our relationship as productive, mutually beneficial and on a long term basis. Our products are marketed to various markets: the Gift Industry, Jewelers, Optical Retailers, Art Galleries, Museums, Corporate Offices, the Cosmetic Industries, Department Stores as well as Government Agencies, Colleges, Schools, Etc. Therefore our distributors may target very specific markets and/or promote our product line across the board.

Our Display cases are uniquely designed, manufactured with professional workmanship, quality checked and affordable. As a distributor you are able to market a unique product to various innovative and profitable industries enjoying a fast growth potential. Our showcases are flexible in their use, are spacious and most importantly offer a full visibility of the products displayed. The standard adjustable shelving on our towers, wall showcases and countertops also means more flexibility in the size of the products to be displayed. Most importantly, our glass showcases are pre-assembled and therefore immediately ready to use.

DISTRIBUTORS
As a Tecno Distributor you will receive discounted pricing, customer service assistance and access to our promotional materials and artwork. You will be informed immediately of any new products and features. Monthly, bi-weekly email and paper memos will keep you up to date on what is new here. You will also be working with a company attentive to the specific needs of our customers. While we make every single effort to enhance the reputation and reliability of the products, of your company and of Tecno Display, we are also asking you for an active, creative, productive and aggressive approach to the sales of our products.

FREIGHT AND FREIGHT FORWARDERS
Our price list does not include freight. Each Tecno Distributor should open their own account with the freight forwarder of their choice. We can recommend various freight companies with whom we have experience and have a good track record. Tecno’s shipping liability ends when the merchandise has left Tecno’s warehouse. Liability transfers to the carrier and then to the consignee once the bill of lading has been signed. All freight delays or damaged issues are to be handled by the distributor and with their freight carrier and customer. Tecno Display will assist in supplying all necessary documentation and supportive paperwork. For business practice uniformity we are requesting that our distributors adopt the same “damage claim policy” as Tecno Display. Since shipping is an integral part of our activity and customer service, please inquire with us should you have any questions. We will ask you to give us the name of your carrier in as well as the account number. All shipments should be insured at full value.

CUSTOM ORDERS, LAMINATES, VENEERS, FEATURES, ETC.
We can use a variety of laminates in the manufacturing of your cabinets. While most laminates are readily available, some may require an extended delivery time. In some instances the minimum order for such custom laminates will exceed the quantities needed for your order and distributor will be required to purchase such minimum quantities. Please supply the brand name and reference number of laminate. Should you require a custom solid wood veneer, you should forward to us a sample of your ordered veneer. We will then furnish you with samples for your customers’ approval.

Detailed quotes will be submitted for your review before any custom order goes into production. The lead time for the production of your custom orders is four to six weeks. This applies to single orders and/or full store projects. Would you please e-mail or fax us an exact line drawing with all needed specifications of what you are looking for. Please note that Tecno Display can and will manufacture custom orders of only a few showcases.

SHOWROOM SAMPLES
Samples of our showcases are available for you to display in your showroom. The display samples will be billed at 45% off the regular wholesale price. Such floor samples will serve as a clear representation and statement of the quality of our manufacturing.

PRICING
For the purpose of uniform pricing and in order to maintain professional and worthwhile profit margins for everyone, we are asking our distributors to align their list prices on Tecno Display Catalog List Prices. Our special distributors’ pricing is 40% off our published wholesale price list. Please note that the discount is 25% on our “Displays4Less” collection of budget cases.

CATALOG, PROMOTION, ETC.
Tecno Display will be glad to supply all artwork, images, CD’s, photos, scans and transparencies in order to promote and feature the products on distributors catalogs and websites.

Videos of our company and manufacturing plant are available on CD and our website. Videos describing step by step the receipt and uncrating of our showcases in as well as the installation of sliding doors or adjustment of hinged doors will be sent to you upon request.
